Role summary

AstraZeneca seeks a Portfolio Delivery Lead to oversee a global learning transformation spanning 18 months, including enterprise Learning Management System replacement, AI-enabled content services, and technology ecosystem modernization. Hands-on experience leading global LMS, HR platform, or business-critical enterprise system implementations in regulated environments
Strong understanding of validation, data migration, compliance, operational readiness, and transition controls for business-critical platforms
Ability to establish integrated portfolio plans, operating models, governance, and performance management at enterprise scale
Experience leading Programme Managers and PMO professionals while building organizational capability
Executive presence and commercial judgment with ability to translate complexity into clear strategic choices

What you'll be doing

Define and lead end-to-end portfolio delivery approach, integrated master plan, operating model, and decision governance
Hold portfolio-level accountability for global LMS replacement delivery across business, IT, Quality, data, and operations
Lead delivery of AI-enabled Learning Content Services and refresh of broader learning technology ecosystem
Establish governance, delivery controls, stage gates, and manage cross-programme dependencies and systemic risks
Direct Programme Managers and PMO, manage budgets and supplier performance, and provide executive insight on delivery and benefits realization
