What you'll be doing

Own global LMS strategy, roadmap, and operational administration
Lead deployment of corporate, compliance, and regulatory training through the LMS
Serve as implementation lead for new compliance training technologies and system enhancements
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize LMS improvements
Manage compliance training reporting, KPIs, training matrices, and course approvals
