Role summary
Lead Quality Inspector position at Integra LifeSciences' Plainsboro collagen manufacturing facility. Oversee quality assurance inspections on components, sub-assemblies, and finished products while supervising QC staff and ensuring regulatory compliance. Weekend shift: Friday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm.

- 5+ years quality systems or regulatory compliance experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics
- 5+ years document management and electronic document storage systems experience
- FDA regulations knowledge and ISO quality standards familiarity preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Oracle R12/Agile proficiency preferred
What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily QC department activities and prepare inspection schedules
- Perform incoming, in-process, and first-article inspections using measuring equipment
- Train quality inspectors and guide current staff on procedures and standards
- Report non-conformances timely and support CAPA investigations
- Coordinate with manufacturing to schedule and execute product inspections efficiently
Compensation$26.21 - $35.38 USD hourly
