Role summary
Lead Operator for clean room manufacturing of collagen-based medical devices at Integra LifeSciences. Responsibilities include operating specialized equipment, overseeing production processes, training operators, and ensuring GMP compliance. Monday–Thursday, 6am–4:30pm shift.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent; science degree preferred
- 3–5 years chemical processing or batch mixing in medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Basic computer skills for email and data entry
- Fluent English communication, written and verbal
- Understanding of mathematics and chemistry fundamentals
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Correctable vision to 20/25 and normal color perception
What you'll be doing
- Oversee collagen enzymatic/alkali treatment, tendon prep, dispersion, and lyophilization processes
- Set up, operate, and clean clean room manufacturing equipment in ISO Class 5/7 environments
- Lead troubleshooting to minimize downtime and identify equipment deficiencies
- Train new chemical operators and address training gaps across the team
- Maintain batch records, perform in-process documentation checks, and support investigations
Compensation$26.21–$35.38 USD hourly
