Role summary
Lead HR Business Partner for AstraZeneca's US BioPharmaceuticals division in Wilmington, DE. What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute integrated people strategy aligned with business priorities and organizational vision
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders providing counsel, challenge, and executive coaching
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development to build diverse talent pipeline
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent management, rewards, performance, and employee experience solutions
- Design organizational and culture interventions addressing capability gaps and driving business performance
