Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician for its Braintree, Massachusetts medical device manufacturing site. - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- 8–10+ years facilities maintenance experience with proven leadership or lead role
- Massachusetts Wastewater License
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Experience with CMMS systems (Blue Mountain RAM preferred) and ability to read engineering drawings
- Team leadership skills with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- HVAC certification (EPA Universal), OSHA 10/30, or Building Operator Certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors; assign and prioritize work orders
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and compressed air systems
- Manage CMMS for work order tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset documentation, and records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and participate in audits for regulatory readiness
- Coordinate external vendors, review contractor work quality, and support capital projects and emergency maintenance
Compensation$34.28–$47.00 USD hourly
