What you'll be doing
- Coordinate labor assignments and manage operator staffing to meet production expectations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean, six sigma, and other operational methodologies
- Monitor production, adjust work assignments, and optimize material flow to meet build plans
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, quality procedures, and safety regulations in assigned areas
- Communicate with customer departments and support teams to address production issues and maintain schedules
Compensation$30.50 per hour
