Role summary

Cytiva seeks a Labour & Employee Relations Specialist to manage complex employee and labour relations matters across Austria, Switzerland, and Poland. Multiple years of progressive Labour & Employee Relations experience in international matrix organizations
In-depth knowledge of Austrian labour law, works councils, and union procedures
Proven experience managing reorganizations, restructurings, and multi-country transformation initiatives
Ability to negotiate with employee representative bodies and draft consultation agreements
Fluency in English; ability to travel between Austria, Switzerland, and Poland as needed

What you'll be doing

Provide expert support on complex employee and labour relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and separation cases
Lead consultation and negotiation processes with works councils and unions across the assigned region
Support reorganizations, restructurings, and transformation initiatives with legally compliant outcomes
Lead workplace investigations, performance management processes, and misconduct procedures with appropriate documentation
Drive continuous improvement through policies, playbooks, and training to strengthen compliance and risk prevention
