Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Educate and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts within territory
- Serve as liaison between clients and LabCorp operations team regarding customer needs
- Provide ongoing service, problem resolution, and account management for customer base
- Develop and deliver educational materials to clients and meet monthly retention and upsell goals
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives to expand business and resolve customer issues
Compensation$70,000 - $80,000 base, plus bonus and commission eligibility
