Role summary
Manager overseeing IT service portfolio for a dedicated business service line at a global clinical research organization. - Establish and manage service portfolio for assigned business service line
- Monitor demand pipeline, resources, projects, and track delivery against financial constraints
- Plan portfolio requirements, create demand budget, and develop service roadmap
- Analyze service demand metrics and incidents to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain resource plans to monitor capacity and utilization
