- Familiarity with QMS, PLM, and CRM system integrations
- Executive presentation skills and strong stakeholder management experience
What you'll be doing
- Lead technical workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures focused on IT due diligence
- Orchestrate transition from due diligence to post-merger integration of IT infrastructure and applications
- Develop Day 1 readiness and long-term End State roadmaps with detailed workplans
- Define and manage Transitional Service Agreements ensuring business continuity during decoupling
- Ensure IT integration activities comply with GxP, HIPAA/GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
Compensation$125,350–$172,500 base
