What you'll be doing

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for warehouse management and DC automation capabilities
Partner with architects and business teams to establish technical architecture, standards alignment, and governance
Own backlog prioritization, translate requirements into user stories, and lead squad ceremonies and release planning
Lead service performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across SAP EWM, WMS, and integrated systems
Manage direct reports (1–2 employees) and oversee contractors (3–5); handle performance reviews and staffing recommendations
