Role summary
BD seeks an ISC E2E Engineering Delivery Leader to manage end-to-end project execution for new product introductions and capital investments. The role requires coordinating across engineering functions to deliver industrialization projects from concept through manufacturing validation and operational handoff, serving as the single point of accountability to business units.

- Indirectly lead cross-functional ISC teams on process and equipment design implementation
- Serve as integration point across engineering disciplines and functional leaders
- Ensure manufacturing site readiness, validation strategy execution, documentation, and operational handoff
