Experience in medical technology, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Direct end-to-end project execution spanning design transfer, equipment procurement, installation, qualification, and validation
Lead cross-functional ISC engineering teams to deliver projects on cost, schedule, scope, quality, regulatory, and safety commitments
Serve as single point of contact and accountability for business units on industrialization activities
Ensure manufacturing sites achieve full readiness, including equipment validation, training, documentation, and operational handoff
Champion design for manufacturability and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce execution risk and accelerate time-to-market
