What you'll be doing
- Process daily heart monitor device rotations and manage inventory check-ins and audits
- Refurbish devices including disassembly, organization, and HIPAA-compliant destruction of patient health information
- Generate on-demand inventory reports for leadership covering multiple inventory categories
- Receive and handle incoming customer service calls, addressing inquiries and escalating to specialists
- Process returned patient monitors and facilitate data upload and entry
Compensation$17.69 per hour
