Role summary

Summer 2027 internship for students pursuing degrees in business analysis, IT, or related fields. Interns will support technical business analysis and product ownership initiatives, working across stakeholder groups to translate business requirements into technical solutions within an IT team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, SQL, or Excel preferred

What you'll be doing

Act as liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical delivery teams
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements into user stories
Support product scope, priorities, and roadmap alignment with business objectives
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional workshops
Validate delivered features against requirements and support user acceptance testing
