Role summary

- Preferred: MBA or MS Engineering degree; biopharmaceutical manufacturing or Operational Excellence experience
What you'll be doing
- Contribute to projects advancing manufacturing strategy and global operational alignment
- Identify and improve processes related to site strategy, governance, and project management
- Build alignment across teams and establish shared vision for operational improvements
- Develop and deliver final presentation summarizing internship work and recommendations
- Participate in professional development and leadership events
Compensation$19.00 - $55.00 hourly; includes paid holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees
