Role summary
Summer internship supporting quality systems, compliance, and vendor quality functions within Kite's cancer immunotherapy development program. Interns will conduct data analysis, assist with regulatory preparation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to clinical trial quality operations.
What they're looking for
- Currently enrolled full-time in Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, JD, or PhD program at accredited U.S. university
- Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA at application and hire
- Independent U.S. work authorization without sponsorship requirements
- Ability to commit to 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August
- Willing to work on-site in Santa Monica, California (hybrid arrangement; relocation may be required)
- At least 18 years old at internship start
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred
What you'll be doing
- Conduct data trending and gap analysis on study and portfolio-related datasets
- Assist in GCP inspection preparation activities and quality metrics initiatives
- Help develop tools and templates to support quality culture within Kite clinical trials
- Support process improvement initiatives and attend quality team meetings
- Deliver final presentation summarizing internship project work and findings
Compensation$19.00–$55.00 hourly; varies by education level and location
