Role summary
Internship opportunity in process development focused on vector particle biophysics for CAR T-cell therapy manufacturing at Kite Pharma. The intern will conduct fill/finish experiments, analyze data, and support cross-functional investigations into process performance and product quality.

- Enrolled full-time in Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program at accredited U.S. university
- Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA
- Independent work authorization in the United States
- Ability to commit to 10-12 consecutive weeks between May-August
- Degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, materials science, chemistry, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
What you'll be doing
- Execute fill/finish process development experiments and collect experimental data
- Analyze and summarize results using scientific and statistical tools
- Support investigations of process performance, yield, and stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across process, analytical, manufacturing, and quality functions
- Maintain accurate laboratory records following GMP and safety practices; deliver final presentation
Compensation$19.00 - $55.00 hourly
