Role summary
This internship supports Kite's commercial strategy team on emerging cancer therapy pipelines and portfolio initiatives. The intern will collaborate across functions to develop strategic communications, support planning efforts, and contribute to business decision-making within a 10-12 week summer program.

- Enrolled full-time in Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, JD, or PhD program at accredited U.S. university
- Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA at application and hire
- Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship
- Able to commit to 10-12 consecutive weeks between May and August
- Capable of working on-site (hybrid) at Foster City, California location
- At least 18 years of age
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
What you'll be doing
- Support strategic initiatives shaping Kite's pipeline, portfolio, and franchise priorities
- Develop leadership presentations, strategic recommendations, and executive communications
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on planning and execution of business initiatives
- Synthesize information and support strategic planning and decision-making discussions
- Manage project activities including tracking milestones, deliverables, and action items
Compensation$19.00 - $55.00 per hour
