Lead execution of EHR and system integration projects aligned with organizational and regulatory goals
Apply project management practices to control scope, schedule, requirements, issues, and risks
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements
Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and KPI updates to stakeholders
Manage change requests and maintain positive working relationships across departments and leadership
