What you'll be doing

Serve as principal engineering leader and hands-on architect, translating product roadmaps into executable engineering strategy
Define and own SaaS architecture strategy including multi-tenancy, API design, service decomposition, and platform scalability
Drive architecture and engineering execution of AI-powered features including personalized insights, predictive analytics, and LLM-based experiences
Build, lead, and scale Product Engineering organization across frontend, backend, mobile, full-stack, and AI/ML engineers
Lead engineering effectiveness initiatives including team topology design, capability assessments, and hiring processes
