What you'll be doing

Execute and manage full lifecycle IPP workflows in AST: initiation, approval, and closure
Translate business inputs from Transaction Owners into accurate system entries and structured data
Review Global Interactions Policy requirements and ensure complete, audit-ready documentation
Support PO creation, invoice processing, and Proof of Delivery validation through workflow closure
Liaison between Transaction Owners, Finance, Compliance, and IPP COE to resolve issues and reduce cycle times
