Role summary
Implementation Specialist will manage client onboarding and program launches by coordinating across Sales, Operations, and Finance departments. The role ensures successful client transitions during the initial 90-day period and drives business growth through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll be doing
- Coordinate client implementation planning with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR
- Develop recruitment strategies and training curricula tailored to client needs
- Attend and direct new client training programs and field deployment activities
- Monitor program KPIs and progress during the first 90 days post-launch
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Sales team to assess launch outcomes
Compensation$50 per hour
