Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Supervisor for Collections & Disputes to lead the Invoice-to-Cash function across assigned businesses and markets. The role manages a collections team, drives process improvement, ensures cash flow objectives, and provides strategic direction aligned with enterprise standards.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline
- More than 6 years of relevant collections, accounts receivable, or finance experience
- End-to-end Invoice-to-Cash process expertise with deep collections and dispute management knowledge
- Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certification preferred
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop a collections team to meet performance targets including Days Sales Outstanding and Past Due reduction
- Build collaborative relationships with business partners and ensure effective engagement supporting business objectives
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives for efficient, scalable, cost-effective operations
- Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and long-term resourcing needs across the function
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to receivables and bad debt reserves
