What you'll be doing
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and production targets
- Perform visual inspections, basic troubleshooting, and changeovers including line clearance and cleaning
- Conduct SAP and MES data entries and participate in root cause analysis as needed
- Maintain clean room standards, perform rework, and facilitate continuous equipment operation
- Support department goals through cross-training and participation in blitz teams as assigned
