What you'll be doing
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment including VRF systems, chillers, boilers, and air handlers
- Monitor building management system daily and alert management to system discrepancies
- Conduct daily inspection rounds of process gases, compressed air, DI water, and lab waste systems
- Interpret technical schematics and coordinate repairs with external contractors
- Maintain documentation via spreadsheets and reports; travel to other sites as requested
