Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director to lead technology strategy and operations across Immunology, Oncology, and Neuroscience therapeutic areas. This role partners with Data, Data Science and AI teams to build an AI-augmented R&D ecosystem supporting discovery through clinical execution at multiple global locations.

What you'll be doing

Lead technology strategy, portfolio delivery, and operational performance across therapeutic areas and external innovation
Partner with Data, Data Science and AI organization to align technology, analytics, and AI capabilities with scientific priorities
Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmap aligned with therapeutic-area strategies and enterprise standards
Manage platform operations, lifecycle, service levels, and governance to ensure security and regulatory compliance
Assess business value, feasibility, and risk for technology projects and investments; provide strategic recommendations
