What you'll be doing

Analyze customer requirements and gaps to propose IT solutions and process improvements
Manage requirements documentation and assist with validation and compliance activities
Act as liaison between laboratory owners, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate services
Maintain inventory of lab equipment, computers, and software; implement security policies and reporting
