Role summary
Stryker seeks graduates for a 23-month structured manufacturing operations development programme beginning September 2027 at their Cork facility. Participants will rotate through project teams, implement manufacturing processes and quality systems, and gain exposure to traditional and advanced manufacturing technologies including additive manufacturing and robotics.

- Support quality systems development and process validation with internal teams and vendors
- Develop, qualify, and research new test equipment and prototyping methods
