Role summary
Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Global Trial Lead to provide end-to-end operational accountability for global medical studies across multiple locations. What you'll be doing
- Hold singular operational accountability for medical study delivery from start-up through close-out phases
- Manage all vendor and CRO relationships, scope of work, contracts, and performance against quality standards
- Develop and maintain study budgets, timelines, and resource plans with quarterly financial reviews and variance forecasting
- Identify and proactively manage operational risks while balancing cost, deliverables, and quality trade-offs
- Ensure regulatory compliance, data accuracy in study management systems, and operational readiness for submissions
