Role summary
IQVIA seeks a mobile medical assistant/phlebotomist for flexible, per diem in-home clinical services across various U.S. locations. The role involves traveling to patient residences to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and diagnostic screenings with no minimum monthly commitment.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
- At least 1 year EKG experience preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification preferred
- State-issued CMA or CPT license if based in Washington or Louisiana
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles for visits
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Fluent in spoken and written English
What you'll be doing
- Perform in-home blood collection, specimen labeling, and transport per protocols and regulatory standards
- Conduct EKGs and macular edema screening exams as trained
- Maintain clinical supply inventory and organize work environment and equipment storage
- Complete and submit visit-related paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly
- Report adverse events, medical complaints, and patient inquiries per IQVIA and manufacturer guidance
Compensation$25.00 per hour
