IQVIA seeks a Trial Delivery Leader to own operational strategy, budget, quality, and timely execution of clinical trials across multiple European locations. This strategic leadership role involves co-leading cross-functional teams, aligning trial objectives with program goals, managing trial-level budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

What they're looking for

Bachelor's degree in life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, nursing, pharmacy)
6-8 years clinical trial management experience in pharmaceutical industry or CRO
End-to-end clinical trial management from start-up through database lock and close-out
Strong ICH-GCP knowledge, local laws, and regulatory requirements understanding
Demonstrated leadership ability guiding study teams through trial stages
2+ years experience coordinating global or regional teams in virtual environment
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, TMF, and CTMS systems

What you'll be doing

Develop integrated trial operational strategy aligning all functional strategies and vendor approach
Co-lead cross-functional trial team, setting meeting cadence and maintaining accountability
Serve as single point of accountability for trial delivery timelines, quality, and budget
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate trial-level risks through closure
Represent global development at trial-level therapeutic area governance forums
