Role summary
This role oversees daily operations of Amgen's Global Transparency Program, coordinating compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions. The manager will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage reporting calendars and training documentation, investigate data issues, and support U.S. Open Payments reporting alongside a third-party vendor partner. - Manage day-to-day operations of Global Transparency team with third-party service partners

- Maintain transparency reporting calendar, mailbox, and resolution of inquiries and escalations
- Develop reporting, metrics, and analytical insights to support program oversight and risk identification
- Support execution of Global Transparency roadmap and identify operational risks and process improvements
