Role summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Principal Platform Engineer to lead the global technical strategy for a customer experience platform spanning sales, configuration/pricing, and professional operations. Lead technical approach for embedding AI and agent capabilities into commercial workflows
Provide architecture oversight, quality assurance, and technical direction across internal and partner delivery teams
Coach engineers, strengthen technical capability, and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders
