Role summary
Merck seeks a Global Dairy Technology Support Specialist to provide technical support for milking products across multiple time zones. The role involves diagnostics, preventative monitoring, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with regional and R&D teams to support customers worldwide.

- Salesforce CRM experience advantageous

What you'll be doing
- Provide technical milking support including diagnostics, fixes, and knowledge transfer to customers globally
- Manage escalations and hotfixes for dairy monitoring, milking, and automation products across internal teams
- Support local aftersales teams and manage triage KPI metrics using CRM and related tools
- Develop support documentation and coordinate with regional teams on system transitions and product launches
- Travel regionally and globally to support installations, gather customer feedback, and advise product development
