Role summary
Merck seeks a HEPA Technician to install, maintain, test, and certify HEPA filtration equipment in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The role involves performing compliance testing, corrective maintenance, and documentation in a regulated environment.

- Satisfactory health titers and aseptic gowning capability for classified facilities
What you'll be doing
- Perform and document HEPA certifications on unidirectional airflow rooms, biosafety cabinets, and air handler units
- Conduct leak checks, velocity spot checks, particle counts, and airflow pattern tests per procedure
- Execute corrective maintenance including filter replacements and equipment repairs
- Manage maintenance equipment and HVAC system support with utilities technicians
- Maintain work records, EAM transactions, and GMP-compliant documentation
