Role summary
Eurofins seeks a General Operative to support the EHS and Facilities team at its Dungarvan site. The role involves maintaining buildings, grounds, utilities, and safety systems across two facilities, working 39 hours per week with occasional Saturday shifts and on-call availability.

- Full, clean driving license
- Previous experience in GMP production, laboratory, facilities, or regulated site environment
- Previous experience in facilities, general operative, maintenance support, or site services roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft software and good computer skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Forklift license or materials-handling training advantageous
What you'll be doing
- Assist EHS, Facilities Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams with moving materials, equipment, and furniture across site
- Support preventative maintenance activities and perform general maintenance tasks including minor repairs and painting
- Manage site water systems, plant rooms, stores, and security of facilities support areas
- Complete assigned safety checks including gas compound, spill kit, and emergency shower inspections
- Participate in site teams for fire warden, spill response, and waste management activities
