- Process incoming questions, manage complaints within agreed timelines, and maintain CRM documentation
- Serve as primary contact point for clients, laboratories, and sales throughout project lifecycle
- Apply chemistry knowledge and analytical skills to translate testing opportunities for clients and lab teams
