What you'll be doing
- Measure and weigh gelatin and dyes using manual and computerized scales with accurate documentation
- Process gelatin master batches and color conversions following standard operating procedures
- Wash, inspect, and sanitize gelatin receivers and production equipment
- Report deviations from batch records or procedures immediately to supervision
- Handle non-hazardous, hazardous, and DEA waste according to safety protocols
