What you'll be doing

Measure and weigh gelatin and dyes using manual and computerized scales with accurate documentation
Process gelatin master batches and color conversions following standard operating procedures
Wash, inspect, and sanitize gelatin receivers and production equipment
Report deviations from batch records or procedures immediately to supervision
Handle non-hazardous, hazardous, and DEA waste according to safety protocols
