- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 4–5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, auditing, or data-driven business roles
- Solid understanding of cost accounting, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Effective communication and ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations
- Familiarity with ERP and FP&A systems (OneStream, Qlik, SAP, Oracle) preferred
What you'll be doing
- Support monthly financial close including accruals, variance analysis, reconciliation, and SOX control compliance
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and expense planning with global business partners and cross-functional teams
- Deliver analytics, executive reports, and dashboards tracking cost efficiency and savings performance
- Provide business analysis and financial decision support in partnership with India COE team
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, standardizing, and automating financial processes and operations
