Role summary
Baxter seeks a Formulation Technician for overnight shift work at its Marion, North Carolina manufacturing facility. - Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operator certification or ability to obtain

What you'll be doing
- Weigh, label, and stage raw materials according to formulation procedures and standards
- Operate mixing equipment to blend materials into chemical solutions; use PIT to transport staged materials
- Inspect, clean, and re-palletize received raw materials; perform preventative maintenance on mixing equipment
- Document batch information, obtain samples, and perform scheduled quality checks using POMS system
- Maintain clean, safe work area; investigate and report safety, quality, or mechanical discrepancies
