What you'll be doing

Monitor, operate, and maintain two glass syringe forming machines and related equipment
Identify and correct dimensional and cosmetic defects per QC specifications
Record accurate inspection and testing data as required
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment according to schedule
Coach peers and contribute to continuous process improvement
