Role summary

- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills across organizational levels
- Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Serve as strategic business partner to Regulatory and Quality leadership, providing financial counsel and insights
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for functional organizations
- Conduct financial performance management with focus on key performance drivers and variance analysis
- Perform monthly and quarterly accounting close, flux analysis, and SOX compliance activities
- Identify and implement automation, AI, and advanced analytics opportunities to enhance reporting and forecasting
