What you'll be doing

Support R&D business partners in creating annual departmental budgets and quarterly forecasts
Retrieve, analyze, and upload budget and forecast data using Hyperion
Perform variance analysis on operational expenses and monitor spending against budget
Collaborate with Accounting and Preclinical teams to prepare and verify accruals
Prepare and present financial analyses for ad hoc requests and process improvement initiatives
