What you'll be doing

Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements per customer specifications
Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions aligned with product and customer requirements
Assess customer product needs and deliver technical training and product briefings
Serve as on-site representative to customer organizations in hospital environments

Compensation£31,800-£52,900 GBP annual
