Role summary
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair diagnostic laboratory equipment across North Kent healthcare facilities. - Full UK driver's license
- Ability to travel to customer sites up to 100% of the time
- Availability for planned on-call remote support outside standard hours
What you'll be doing
- Perform fault diagnosis, repairs, and preventative maintenance on immunoassay, chemistry, and haematology analyzers
- Install, modify, and decommission diagnostic medical equipment and automated track systems
- Deliver professional on-site customer service ensuring equipment meets safety and performance standards
- Partner with customers to resolve technical issues and optimize instrument usage
