What you'll be doing

Install, maintain, and repair diagnostic instruments to ensure optimal performance and quality compliance
Diagnose and resolve technical problems, documenting solutions and closing service calls within timelines
Manage customer issues from initiation through resolution or escalation with proactive communication
Plan and prioritize service visits, maintain inventory, and support on-call rotation and training
Meet service sales targets, cost of service, and key performance indicators for assigned accounts

Compensation$26.50–$53.00/hour
