What you'll be doing

Perform troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of Beckman Coulter diagnostic equipment platforms
Provide technical customer support and product training to laboratory staff
Maintain accurate service records in business systems including OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint
Order repair parts, manage service cycle times, and meet customer service standards
Mentor newer Field Service Engineers and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation$33.65-$38.00 hourly, plus eligibility for bonus/incentive pay and housing allowance
